I'm excited, but also nervous as I enter this new real estate venture. Owning a property is great, but land on the other hand is quiet power! You can sit on it & let the area develop, you can partner with a builder, you can break it down into smaller lots, or flip it. Buying undervalued land in growing areas is the new wave.  I want to leave a legacy not a liability. So, I'm definitely trying to buy land & build equity. Congratulations to me for stepping out & believing in myself!!!

🚨Big News for Homebuyers!🚨

Fannie Mae just made a major change that could open the door to homeownership for a lot of people who've been told "no" before.

Starting November 16, 2025, Fannie Mae is removing the 620 minimum credit score requirement from its Desktop Underwriter (DU) system.

That means instead of a hard credit score cutoff, DU will now look at the whole picture, things like your credit history, income, and debt to determine if you qualify.

If you've been turned down in the past or told your score wasn't high enough, now's the time to try again. I can connect you with one of my trusted lenders who understands these new changes and can help you get started on the path to homeownership.
