Second half of 2025 our team averaged 4,000 dials a month.
This year we're at 14,000 / month. Business is up 3x.
Shocking, I know...But let's go deeper
Nick had a deal die at inspection last month. Most agents ride that out for two weeks feeling sorry for themselves.
He took the same buyers, showed them another house, got an offer accepted. Two closings next month from the same money pond pipeline that the dead deal came from.
He didn't get lucky...He's PROACTIVE

Volume negates luck.
If you're sitting on 5 conversations a week wondering why your business is inconsistent, you don't have a market problem. You have an input problem.
Nick has 12-20 convos per DAY. Most agents don't do that in a month.
I love a cherry on top deal. The referral out of nowhere. The Zillow lead that closes in 30 days. Those are amazing.
I will NOT plan my mortgage, my kids' college, or my wife's expectations around cherries on top.
Math is the Path.
Most agents won't do 10 a day. They'll do 1-3 and blame the market.
The market is not hard. You're under dialing.
Go look at your dial count this month. Be honest. Then go look at your closings.
That's not a coincidence. That's a math problem you've been pretending isn't yours.
Agents, I want you to WIN. Really I do.
But to win you have to be honest with self.
Trust me, I wasn't more often than i'd like to admit.

Where do you want to go?
What level of activity is required?
Are you willing to commit to that?
