El valor de las viviendas cambia constantemente. Lo que valía el año pasado (o incluso hace 6 meses) podría ser diferente hoy. Un análisis de mercado local le dará una cifra clara y actual.

❔¿Necesito hacer reparaciones o mejoras?
No es necesario hacer una remodelación completa. Pequeños arreglos como pintura descascarada, manijas sueltas o lámparas antiguas pueden hacer una gran diferencia y ayudar a que su casa luzca mejor.

❔¿Cómo está el mercado en mi zona?
