Writing my vision and making it plan. At times we can get distracted from our goals and just go through our day by day motions not realizing we’ve ventured off. If that happens don’t get discouraged and quit. You’re not starting over, you’re picking up where you left off. Whatever goals you had for 2022 that you weren’t able to complete work on them for 2023. It’s never to late!

On Jan 9, 2021 my out of state buyers, Anthony and Carmen started the process to build their beautiful home in Apollo Beach, FL. Due to covid and other unforeseen reason we FINALLY closed today. It has truly been a journey with several challenges along the way including the unfortunate passing of Carmen. As hard as it was Anthony decided to proceed with the purchase of their home as it was their dream. Today was bitter sweet as we celebrated the purchase of his new home and honored Carmen. She had such a sweet and joyful spirit.
