🚨 CLOSED x2 ‼️
I am excited to announce two closings this week, I had with two amazing buyers! First closing of the week was with Eric and Kaitlyn, who were rock star clients all the way! They moved back to Florida from Washington State, and found this beautiful 5+ acre pool home property in Brooksville, FL. I was able to negotiate 35K below asking price for what could possibly be their forever home. Congrats to you both. I am so grateful to be a part of the journey with you, and can’t wait for the cookouts I’ll be invited to 😉

Second closing this week was with another amazing couple, Tom and Julie. Julie’s mom, Sue, bought a home with me over a year ago, and I’m grateful that she referred me to her daughter, as they moved from Massachusetts to enjoy their retirement. I found them a pool home in an amazing community in Beverly Hills, FL. We were able to go under contract 15 K under asking and also received seller repairs and credits on top of that. 💪 Tom, Julie, and Sue have all been amazing clients even though they are patriot fans 😒 we can’t all be perfect. Go Bills!🤩

I haven’t been the best at posting lately... We had our brokerage awards banquet for 2025 yesterday. I’m so grateful to be recognized at the banquet, especially with so many talented and great agents at our brokerage. 2025 was a successful year and hoping to make 2026 even better💪 . Huge shout out to all my coworkers that put the same work ethic and grind in every day. NONE of this would be possible without my clients for trusting me and allowing me to help guide them throughout the process. I’ll forever be thankful for each and everyone of them. Big shoutouts to my brokerage Agile Group Realty, our title company Digital Title Solutions, our insurance company MDRN insurance, and Mike Brennan at Rocket Mortgage… Last and most certainly not least, the biggest thank you to my team leaders  Matt Lipinzcyk and Palm Harbor Dad at Bay&Borough. They have given me every opportunity with Leads, advice, and just someone to talk me off the ledge when I need it.😆 I couldn’t ask for better leaders and friends, any success I have or have had you are a direct reason why, and for that I truly say thanks. Cheers to the best year yet! 🍻

What an incredible month it’s been! I’m so grateful to have helped my amazing clients buy and sell their homes this month. From first-time home-buyers finding their dream home, to sellers starting new chapters, each sale was unique. Having contingencies, financing hurdles, and other roadblocks were in the way, but together we got through them all! Again thank you to all my clients for allowing me the privilege to help guide them throughout the process!!

2 closings today! We jumped more hurdles than Edwin Moses but we made it to the closing tables 💪 Was it stressful ✅ was it exhausting ✅ But seeing the pure joy on my clients faces was all I needed to feel fulfilled. In the end the juice is always worth the squeeze. I truly love what I do
