Congratulations to King + Associates agent, Justine Jolly, on her final closing of 2024. Justine closed roughly $6,000,000 in sales volume this year.
She specializes in the Dade City, Zephyrhills, and Wesley Chapel area.
Out of the 17 clients Justine worked with this year, almost half were first time home buyers, and the other half were sellers that she helped sell and close.
Justine also specializes in new construction. 41% of her business was on the buyers’ agent side of new construction homes.
Something Justine should be proud of is, not a single closed sales this year was from a paid lead source!
