Market update! 🤩
What’s happening in your market?

Hillsborough:
- We are still in a seller’s market if we look at the months of inventory. There’s plenty inventory compared to a few months ago, but we are also seeing an influx of buyers. This is very normal during Spring!
- The median price of homes sold is higher than last month’s. This is expected, although we are seeing price reductions homes will always continue to appreciate.

Pasco:
- The market has stayed steady from last month.
- There’s less inventory than last month and we can see that demand is increasing the median price. Multiple offers are being seen when homes are priced correctly!

Pinellas:
- Pinellas market is picking up! We are seeing more activity in homes selling but also homes going live.
- The demand to live in Pinellas is increasing, and we can see homes appreciating because of this.

There’s something that is certain, if you want a low-risk, long-term reward investment - real estate is your industry. There’s nothing in the stock market that can guarantee such a low-risk investment like real estate. Buy now, hold, maybe rent, and sell in 3-5 years!
