No matter what we are going through and sometimes I know we can't see the light at the end of the tunnel but.....there's always something we can be grateful for. I know there are disasters all around us and I pray for everyone impacted and hope that all of us can contribute to supporting their efforts in some way.
But - what is one thing you're truly grateful for? Well - I appreciate you and whatever heartaches or struggles you are going through just take a deep breath and know it will get better - lean on those around you who truly support you. I know I need to lean on my core circle more and am working on that this year.

Affordability and the so-called “lock-in effect” are expected to keep housing activity subdued in 2025.

2024 has earned the dubious title of being the worst year in real estate in the past 30 years. So if you didn't find your dream home in 2024, or if you didn't sell your property and pulled it off the market... Don't be discouraged, you aren't the only one.
The bright news is that even in this last month of 2024 we are already seeing the market make an upturn. This means that 2025 should be a banner year in the real estate world. It also means that you as a buyer and seller should not drag your feet. When the market starts heating up, so does the competition.
