I offer comprehensive real estate services to both buyers and sellers, and I have a special love for finding beach properties! I will spend hours on a CMA and understanding proper pricing and then I will negotiate hard on my client's behalf.

I have a proven track record and have gained vast knowledge during my time in real estate; also belonging to a team of 50+ other highly skilled agents in both FL and MN, all working collaboratively to get the job done right. It is the relentless pursuit of improving lives through homeownership and providing ethical results in Real Estate that I find the most rewarding. In addition to real estate, I always served on the PTSA school boards for Mabry/Coleman/Plant and the Plant High School Athletic Foundation Board (PAF) while volunteering as team mom for various sports teams and clubs. I am a member of the Krewe of Queen Anne's Revenge, an all-
ladies Gasparilla pirate krewe. We support different charities every year both with time and money donations. I'm also a member of Carrollwood Country Club and Harbour Island Athletic Club. When I’m not selling homes, you will find me enjoying golf, yoga, suntanning at the beach, scuba diving, going to a Bucs game, gardening, and hanging out with my friends. Some of my other favorite hobbies are painting, gardening, house decorating, and shopping! My family is
my pride and joy. Rob is my husband of 25 years and works in the technology industry. My son Aidan is a graduate of Mabry/Coleman/Plant and a recent graduate of UC Berkeley (May 2022) who now resides in NY. My son Kellen is also a Mabry/Coleman/Plant graduate and a current
sophomore at the University of Florida (Go Gators!) studying biomedical engineering and plays for the UF Men's Lacrosse Team. Harley is a rescue dog from the Humane Society and Mr. Nibs is our tuxedo cat who we rescued from Fowler Ave up by USF. While I was born in Cincinnati, and that is where my heart will always call home; I have been in Tampa since December 2003. We moved here when my boys were just 2 1/2 and 6 months old and have loved establishing roots here in the community.
