JUST CLOSED🏡

I met my buyers through a referral from past clients and after meeting for the first time I knew we’d find them a perfect home!

This transaction was not an easy one but so worth it to see their smiles on this day as I welcomed them to their new home🤍

In the beginning of the transaction the sellers realized some title issues were occurring and my buyers wanted to wait it out and hang in there since they KNEW this was their perfect place to raise their family.

Although it took six months to work out the title issues my buyers ended up closing on a home that was worth $30,000 more than when they initially went under contract!

So excited for the Gonzalez family and the memories they will build in their new home!🤗

At the office Christmas party I got to reminisce on what was accomplished this crazy year in real estate.
