Allow me to reintroduce myself…

My name is Nicole Gil but you can call me Nikki. (I know the last name thing gets kinda confusing, but you’ll get it).

I took a year and some change off of social media (Except Tiktok ._.) and it was honestly one of the best things I could ever do for myself.

But when I wasn’t scrolling, and I ran out of things to watch on Netflix, boredom set in. And it quickly turned into depression.

My basic human need is Growth, and without it life can feel like an endless void of nothingness. Needless to say, I needed to reevaluate.

And long story short, you’re now looking at Florida’s new Real Estate Tampa Bae

You don’t have to be what other people want you to be.

You don’t have to be interesting or agreeable or entertaining.

You don’t have to tone yourself down, quiet your voice, or hide your feelings.

You don’t have to be outgoing or spontaneous or sociable.

You don’t have to be thin or beautiful or anyone’s definition of attractive.

You don’t have to be anyone other than who you authentically are, and you sure as hell don’t have to spend your time and energy trying to convince people that you’re worth keeping around.

The right people are going to recognize your worth.

They are going to respect you, appreciate you, and accept you, without forcing you to compromise who you are.

Life is too short, and your happiness is far too important, to make room for anyone who treats you otherwise.

✨ The ones that see fear as an opportunity and not as an obstacle

I can’t stress enough the importance of showing up authentically and unapologetically you.

I had a lot of trouble in this area for like EVER!

👉🏼What would my parents think?

👉🏼My old high school classmates?

👉🏼My kids friends parents? 😩

But the reality is, whether you’re in business, or starting a personal brand, the only way people will “buy” what you’re offering is if they trust you. And the only way they’ll trust you is if you’re being your genuine, vulnerable, whole self.

People aren’t dumb, they can sense the difference! You’ll build a loyal following when you radiate with confidence and passion.

But hold on boo, that won’t come over night either...

You’ll have to roll your sleeves up and get uncomfortable first! (You didn’t think this was gonna be easy, did you??)

You’re in luck though, cause all you have to do is show up and be yourself—whether it be shy, quirky, weird, bring it on!

The ones that matter will show up and stick with you. And over time you’ll see how easy it is to forget about the rest!
