WELL… the cat is officially out of the bag! I’ve made a big move — I’ve joined Frank Albert Realty!

Why? So I can finally team up with my real estate ride-or-die .realtorinred and take this business to a whole new level. Honestly, it already feels like we’ve been shot out of a cannon — in the best way possible.

The past few weeks have been a whirlwind of crazy good, crazy busy, and crazy fun — and we’re just getting started.

When I first met Alan 2 years ago, he was battling with buying in one of the hottest, most competitive markets, as a VA buyer. There were many times we would try to see a home, only for it to go pending or have 10 offers by the time we got there.

Although the market was tough, I wouldn’t let that discourage Alan from being a home owner. We took a break from looking at homes for a year and a half, while we waited for the market to cool off. During that time I always kept Alan up to date on interest rates, home prices in the areas he liked and potential homes when I saw a great deal!

About 6 months ago Alan decided he was ready to start searching again. Eventually we found the perfect house! Once we were under contract, that wasn’t the end of our woes. We faced many delays due to repairs, but with great negotiations and personally checking on the repairs frequently, we were able to move closer to closing.

Closing day came and so did more hiccups. Thankfully at this point I had the lender, title and list agent practically on speed dial! I was able to get everything sorted and questions answered quickly. Alan was finally able to close and call himself a HOMEOWNER!

When I was introduced to Junior and Dee, by a past client, they were getting ready to sell their home in Kentucky and make the move to sunny Florida.

As if moving across states isn’t stressful enough, they had to properly coordinate selling one home, while buying one in another state. The agent in Kentucky and I worked closely throughout both deals, to make sure all deadlines were met.

Having open lines of communication was the key to success! We were both able to get their homes bought and sold and everything done smoothly.

The buyers were so thankful throughout the entire process! We still talk regularly.
