One of the most important Florida board member requirements is to obtain a certification. This is to ensure all board members are up to speed on applicable regulations.

A question has been asked about serving on the BOD

All members of The Villas BOD
MUST be certified.
You must be certified within
60 days from the time you were elected.

PLEASE MAKE sure all BOD
Certifications are up to date and put into a folder to present at the next meeting.
