Real Estate Activities... Congratulations to my client who closed yesterday. Their purchase was an investment as a forever family generational home. 🔑🏠💛 This was the first home they had ever bought, because they have alway rented. They have kids and a grand child, all adults now. The plan is to live with their grandchild and the home will be left to their grandchild if anything unforseen ever happens. Since they now had the means to buy, they decided now was the time to invest in real estate for their future and their families future. Coral Castle in Homestead features more than 1,100 tons of hand-cut coral rock shaped by Edward Leedskalnin. Nearby, Castle Otttis resembles an ancient Irish castle and was created as a work of art and spiritual reflection. At Greynolds Park, climb to the old stone “Castle” overlook above a former quarry, with trails and mangroves nearby. Finish at St. Augustine’s Castle Warden, an 1887 mansion now home to Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, the first permanent Ripley’s museum, opened in 1950.
