The Project-Based Two-Bedroom Waitlist Opens July 1, 2025!

Tampa Housing Authority will begin accepting applications for the Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) two-bedroom waitlist starting July 1, 2025—and it will remain open until further notice.

🟢 Rent is based on 30% of your adjusted income.
🏠 Rental assistance is tied to the unit and is not transferable.

📝 You’ll be prompted to register for a BOB.AI account to complete your application.
