does anyone else deep down still think they’re younger than they are? or is it just me?

if you would have told 17-year-old me, though, that my life would consist of driving around the twins for the summer, showing houses, meeting clients for coffee, and sharing behind the scenes on Instagram, I would have thought you were joking!

so grateful for this job and this town and people like YOU who come along with me every day!

i’ve helped clients who have bought multiple houses and they still have questions when it’s time to buy again, because it’s not their job to memorize all the things (that’s my job!)

I used to think success in real estate looked one specific way (aka being a top producer who sells hundreds of homes per year).

Turns out, I was trying to build someone else’s dream business.

Then I realized my dream business looks like this: clients who feel genuinely taken care of, a schedule that lets me show up for my kids, concert tickets without the guilt, and a career I’d actually choose again.

But I’m also listening for other details that give me the full picture of what you’re looking for in a house.

Like when you mention hosting friends and family for holidays, I start keeping my eye out for homes with a bigger dining space or a big island to gather around.

Or when you talk about how tiring it is to take your dog outside on a leash for potty breaks, I know to start looking for a backyard where he’ll have enough room to run.

Because a house is more than just four walls, it’s the place where your memories will be made.

who decided May should be this packed?! 🫠

like…end of school events (looking at you, spirit week, field day, and teacher appreciation week), sports, graduations, Mother’s Day…what am I forgetting?

and if that’s not enough to juggle, the summer real estate market is also heating up ☀️☀️

Last Week’s camera roll - lots of nostalgia made my heart happy 💕

1. Closed on Steve and ‘s home - they were the original owners of this home in Pebble Creek and we were under contract in one week! I’ve known them since I was about 5 years old so this one was so super special ! ☺️
2. Got to attend a fabulous Morher’s Day Brunch and see some sweet ladies I’ve known a loooooonnnggg time ! did such a beautiful job !
