Allow me to introduce myself.
My name is Lauren Kovit, CEO and Founder of Elite Property Elite Property Management Co.
I’ve been in the Property Management and Real Estate Industry since 2013, with my love for Real Estate and Management, and Marketing Properties started at an even younger age.
I’ve been involved in the Property Management Industry for quite some time, starting with managing Class C Properties, and worked my way up to becoming the best in managing New Construction Class A Multi-Family Unit Properties and Homes; working under some of the best named Property Management Companies around.
It was recently that I decided, my experience, my passion, my knowledge, and dedication would lead me to open up my own Company, where I plan to help clients who are both local, and international and make it so they can own multiple properties in their portfolio and not adding any additional stress to them. We handle it all.
From making sure we maximize your top market rental rate, to collections of rent, overseeing and maintaining your property for you, collecting your tenants rent, and also screening your new prospective tenants for you.
