Here's a snapshot of what's happening with single family real estate in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco Counties YoY. Median and Average Sale Prices are UP, Time to Contract approx 35 days and months supply of inventory 3.7-4 months. What does this mean? Homes are selling and prices aren't budging that much.
