For those of you who know me, you’ll know I’ve always had a soft spot for Del Webb BayView and have joked more than once that one day I’ll probably end up living there myself.

🏡 JUST SOLD IN HISTORIC KENWOOD🏡

This one is a little more special… Not only did I have the privilege of helping a close friend buy her dream home, but I can honestly say this is my favourite home I’ve ever had the pleasure of selling.

Every single time I walked through the front door, I’d notice another incredible detail that I’d somehow missed before. It’s one of those homes that just keeps surprising you.

The journey definitely had its ups and downs (understatement of the year 😅), but that’s all part of real estate. After some tough negotiations, we were able to secure the home for $100,000 below the original asking price.

Now the real question is… when’s the housewarming party? 🍾😂

PENDING! 🎉

I'm excited to share that 2450 Burlington Avenue N is officially under contract.

This one is especially meaningful because I had the privilege of helping a good friend find her new home here in Florida. There is something really rewarding about helping great people through such an important milestone, and I couldn't be happier for her.

The home itself is truly something special. From top to bottom, the craftsmanship and attention to detail that have gone into this property are incredible. Every space has been thoughtfully updated while still maintaining so much character and charm. Add in the detached guest cottage, beautiful outdoor living spaces, and everything else this property has to offer, and it's easy to see why my client fell in love with it.

In fact, I think she knew it was her dream home from the moment she walked through the front door. No pressure on me, but from that point on, I knew I had to make it happen! 😂

After a lot of searching, conversations, and negotiations, we were able to get the deal together, and now we're officially under contract.

Now onto inspections and the next steps toward closing.
