I am excited to provide a timely update regarding the highly anticipated release of the final phases at Longleaf. Site development for Phases 4 and 5—which feature the community's most secluded homesites—is nearing completion, and these premium lots will be available for purchase shortly.

Given the high demand for Westbay’s expansive floor plans and the rapid absorption rate of premium inventory in the area, I expect significant interest once these properties are officially released.

Release Details:
Westbay (Hawk Longleaf Series – 60' Artisan Lots)

Inventory: 19 lots in Phase 4; 17 lots in Phase 5.

Floor Plans: Sanibel, Caladesi, Captiva I, and Captiva II. (Find attached for detailed specifications).

Financials: Pricing is TBD. Expected annual fees are $175 (HOA) and $2,860.48 (CDD).

DRB Homes (50' Lots)
