Homes by Westbay at Hawk Longleaf in New Port Richey, FL to begin pre-sales next month!
I am excited to provide a timely update regarding the highly anticipated release of the final phases at Longleaf. Site development for Phases 4 and 5—which feature the community's most secluded homesites—is nearing completion, and these premium lots will be available for purchase shortly.
Given the high demand for Westbay’s expansive floor plans and the rapid absorption rate of premium inventory in the area, I expect significant interest once these properties are officially released.

Inventory: 19 lots in Phase 4; 17 lots in Phase 5.
