I get this question ALL THE TIME. A lot of buyers want to invest here and use Airbnb, but regulations can change and certain areas throughout Tampa Bay are increasing enforcement.

Rental and short-term rental restrictions can vary significantly by city, county, neighborhood, HOA, and even the specific property.

Do your research BEFORE you buy. 🔍 Make sure you understand the current rules, licensing requirements, zoning, and HOA restrictions so you know exactly what you’re getting into.

I’m the extra pair of eyes you need. 👀

Open the cabinets. Look under the sinks. Check the HVAC. Notice the finishes, the condition, the little things that don’t always make it into the listing photos - or get hidden by staging.

Because while online photos and staging can make a home look beautiful, I’m there to help you look beyond the pictures, pay attention to the details, and see what’s really there.💪🏽
