The story 📚you were waiting for:

Both Igor and Ilona were first introduced to me from a FB group where I was recommended by 9 people. 😳 I reached out to her directly after seeing my name come up in the comments multiple times. We spoke, texted, zoomed, FaceTimed etc.

Moving to Tampa Bay from out of country, trusting a stranger (ME), and only seeing the home via video could have been super stressful. (And it may have been lol)

As they walked in for final walkthrough, Ilona looked at me and said, “this is much nicer than I expected!” - what a relief. 🥳

In the end, the 🏡 was better 👍than they anticipated and they paid LESS contract price!

And the story continues….
My last closing from 2020- the seller said, “the guy next door is about to get his home on the market, he is elderly and has moved out of state. The owners son comes from time to time and I will let him know your interested in listing it.” I thanked her…

Then a few days later I get a calls, “Hi, this is Michael. I am the listing agent for the house next door to the one you have under contract.”

At first, 😡I thought… listing agent? 😡It’s on the market. 😡 And then I thought🤔… well we had 11 offers and surely I could get one of the buyers to consider it - even though they all had a agent.

He continued, “it’s listed with me and under contract with offerpad yet heard you may have a backup buyer.” I quickly went through my options and realized the current buyer for my seller (the house I had listed) is an investor/agent and that they may want to renovate this one too since it’s RIGhT NeXT DOOR!

I quickly called the investor and we went in as a back up offer…. 😉

Offerpad did the usual 😳- good offer then ask for a huge price reduction after they “inspect” the home.
Making the seller ultimately cancel their current offer AND moving forward with ours!

And that my friend- is how you close two homes next to each other in less than a month! Making it a win win for everyone!
