The projections weren’t done by the developer — they were done by HVS Consulting, a third-party firm that lenders actually rely on. Even the studio units are projected around $120K in gross revenue using conservative assumptions.

Add to that a developer with a proven track record, and the fact that once the next 40 units sell, pricing is scheduled to jump 40% 📈 — and timing really matters.

Because I’ve sold multiple units here, my buyers also get VIP pricing about 10% below list 💳, which can make a big difference before that price increase.
