Getting approved is one thing.

Making sure the payment actually fits your life is another.

Before I tell someone what they can afford, I’m looking at the full picture — income stability, monthly obligations, cash reserves, down payment strategy, plans, and what payment actually feels comfortable.

Because just because you can qualify for a certain amount doesn’t automatically mean you should spend it.

A mortgage should support your life — not control it.

That’s the difference between simply getting someone approved and actually helping them make a smart financial decision.

Last night’s Run Club came with a serious downpour, but you still showed up! We loved every soggy minute.

Cash giveaway, free hoodies, and a crowd that brought the energy despite the weather. Those hoodies definitely had their moment. 🙌
