Instead of watching the interest rate alone, ask your lender to run a few side-by-side scenarios—including the full monthly payment, different loan options and what a seller credit or rate buydown could change. 📊💰

Seeing the actual numbers for your own situation is much more helpful than trying to time the market based on headlines. 🔑
