Pop-up retail for lease!
Proud of my friend Karen Post Home Frosting and her beautiful business, Pop-Up Style, in the heart of South Tampa!
This gorgeous boutique offers home décor, fashion and gifts—and now provides flexible pop-up retail spaces for designers, artisans and lifestyle brands looking to showcase their products without committing to a traditional long-term lease.

If you have a brand that deserves to be discovered by the South Tampa community, this could be a wonderful opportunity!

I was proud to showcase my business McBride Kelly & Associates Realty today as the Member Spotlight at The Economic Club of Tampa Bay and to share that I serve as President of FRAMCO, French American Chamber Of Commerce of Tampa .
It was a wonderful opportunity to explain how I help entrepreneurs find commercial properties and acquire businesses, particularly international buyers establishing themselves in Florida.
After four years as a member, I continue to appreciate the meaningful connections and diverse business community ECOT brings together.
Thank you for this opportunity!

It was a pleasure attending today’s
British American Business Council of Central Florida event at Tampa International Airport.
The panel discussion, “The British Visitor: Driving Tourism to Tampa Bay,” offered valuable perspectives on international air service, tourism, and the growing appeal of the Tampa Bay region.
As President of FRAMCO – the French American Business Council of West Florida, I believe collaboration among our international business organizations is essential to strengthening Tampa Bay’s global connections and creating new opportunities for our communities.
Thank you to BABC Central Florida, Tampa International Airport, and all the panelists for an informative and engaging event.

A great start to the day at the Coffee Network with the Bay Retail Alliance (TBRA)!

We gathered at the beautiful Rialto Theatre, now home to a new coffee and tea destination in Tampa. It’s a wonderful place to meet, connect, and enjoy a cup of coffee—and the venue is also perfect for hosting special events.
