Bayshore Royal Condominium

Bayshore Royal Condominium Bayshore Royal constructed in 1924 are deluxe condominiums in Tampa Initially built as a hotel. The building served as Air Force barracks during World War II.

WPKM 104.7 (now Q105 WRBQ) broadcasted from the building in the 1950s and 60s. In early 2003 the building had a significant termite problem and was covered in a tent for a four-day extermination.

They came today after our fridge showed a severed waterline needed to be replaced. LG customer service or Home Depot not able to deploy fast enough repair assistance, we turned to Mr. Appliance.

One word “EXCEPTIONAL”
They came fast, they were polite, clean, taking all the precautions to protect the kitchen floor from scratches when pulling the fridge….Plus wearing booties…What more to ask? The repair was done successfully. THANK YOU MR. APPLIANCE! I am a fan now!
I give them 5 stars recommendation – Will call them FOR SURE if another appliance requires repair.

Great service from BAYSHORE PLUMBING AGAIN!!!

I have been using them for the last 30 years and they never failed to solve my plumbing problems.
Ounce I had to use a different company that was suggested by a neighbor because of time constraint that was quick to change all the mechanism of the toilet flush… was expensive too…and it did not fix the problem. Thankfully I got BAYSHORE PLUMBING back in as soon as they were available and again they saved me….Today they identified a problem with a handheld shower I was struggling with for a long time….and fix it fast.
