In fact, it finished a solid fourth in the survey as voted upon by their Peers. Congratulations to Principal Partner Ryan Thorpe and his outstanding staff.

Performance Personnel has occupied 2700 s.f. of lease space at the Michaels Center since 2019. Ambiance Home Health Care has recently joined the ever growing list of happy tenants at the Michaels Center on N. Dale Mabry Highway in the Carrollwood section of Tampa. Ambiance has executed a 5 year term lease of an 1800 s.f. suite on the 2nd floor of the Michaels Center.

Ambiance is a Licensed and Medicare Certified Home Health Care Agency that caters primarily to seniors who want to stay independent by staying at home. They have been serving Tampa since 2010.

The management team at the Michaels Center is pleased to announce that another new tenant has joined the every growing list of satisfied occupants of the commercial office facility located on the eastern side of busy N. Dale Mabry Highway in the prestigious Carrollwood section of Tampa, Florida.

MG Home Décor and Design has recently leased 2,250 square feet of office space. Their primary business is home decorating and special event planning and design.

Only two remaining spaces are now available at the Center. A 700 square foot office on the second floor, and a 3,300 suite on the first floor.

The Michaels Center, a 35,000 square foot commercial office facility is pleased to welcome our newest Tenant, Long Term Care Financial Solutions (LTC). LTC has executed a 5 year lease for 2700 sqaure feet at the recently renovated facility located on busy North Dale Mabry Highway in the Carrollwood section of Tampa.

Long Term Care Financial Solutions handles LTC insurance for customers in all 50 states.

LTC Financial has been headquartered in Tampa since 2003.

The sister company is Medicare Insurance Consultants which writes policies for seniors over 65 years old.

Which includes Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage plans, dental, and Prescription drug plans also in all states.

Neil Gholson the President of both agencies is excited be have Michaels Center as their new home office.

The Michaels Center is pleased to welcome its' newest additions to its' growing list of Tenants to the 30,000 office facility, located on North Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa.

Cyber Chasse. LLC has leased 1800 s.f. of office space on the second floor of the facility. Cyber Chasse specializes in the cybersecurity solutions that help in threat prevention, detection and response. Their threat intelligence team members partner with security analysts across businesses to build operative and realistic solutions. In addition, extensive testing is conducted to ensure that sensitive data is safe for internal and external use.

Additionally, Performance Personnel Partners, LLC has recently leased 2700 sq. ft. of premium office space at the Michaels Center, which is located in the Carrollwood section of Tampa.

New upgrades to Common Areas at the Michaels Center are complete!

A lot of upgrades are currently underway at the Michaels Center on N. Dale Mabry Highway in the Carrollwood section of Tampa. A significant landscape and irrigation project is just finishing up to improve the exterior look of the two story building.

Additionally, a Commercial Interior Designer has been selected to design and oversee upgrades and improvements to the Building's second floor common space and restrooms. These improvements will include new flooring, wall coverings, painting, and artwork.

All of the upgrade work is being done solely to enhance the work environment for the Facility's 12 happy tenants! Very limited vacant office space is still remaining for office tenants looking for attractive and affordable space at below market full service lease rates in a great location. After much effort, J & A Corporation of Tampa, Inc. is pleased to announce that high speed internet service has been made available to the existing and future tenants of the Michaels Center. Our commercial Office Tenants are free to choose high speed service from either Frontier Communications or Brighthouse Networks (aka Charter Communications).

A lot of exciting activity and improvements have been occurring at the Michaels Center, a 35,000 sq. ft. professional office, fitness, and storage facility located on N. Dale Mabry Highway in the Carrollwood section of Tampa.

Both Spectrum Communications and Frontier have successfully completed bringing high speed internet capabilities to the facility in the last few months, offering the Tenants of the Building multiple options for fulfilling their ultra high-speed business communication needs.

Additionally, the transformation of all of the lighting for the Common Areas of the Building from energy-sapping halogen fixtures to a less demanding LED fixture has been completed. Additionally, many of the office and fitness suites have similarly been converted, helping the Michaels Center move toward becoming a green facility.

Additionally, we are happy to welcome a new Tenant in a 3000 sq. ft. lease space. The new Tenant is ITrending Solutions. Taheir business focuses on being the prime drivers today for CIO's, and offer a cost-effective Development and Maintenance strategy through a prudent blend of Onshore and Offshore development model to meet their clients demanding pre-determined timelines and budget. ITrending's addition brings our list of happy tenants at the Michaels Center to 12, with only a few quality available suites remaining in the Facility.
