Some decisions are simple. Eight years ago we had outdated facilities, runaway spending, and yearly increases in our fees. Eight years later, the current CDD board has completed a $2 million plus clubhouse renovation, added dozens of activities every month, paid off the bond, and never once asked for an increase in fees from our neighbors. So, ask yourself, would you like to see the same kind of incredible progress over the next four years? Or, are you willing to roll the dice on individuals that claim they can cut the budget but can’t say where, claim that they can save money on our roads, but have never read any of the reports from our district engineer, or claim that they can save you money, but have never looked at our budget or attended our meetings. The two incumbents ran for the board to make our community a better place. We ask for your vote on November 3 to keep our community one of the premier communities and all of Tampa Bay. Please vote for Mike Candella and Thomson George.

We are happy to announce that as part of our ongoing improvements throughout the community, the newly upgraded “Back Lawn” at Arbor Greene is finally complete. The area behind the snack shack has always been underutilized. Our beautiful trees wouldn’t allow the grass to grow and it was always muddy. As part of the parks project, we have added artificial turf and lighting to this area so the community is able to use it year-round. With the new addition, we will start offering yoga classes, outdoor fitness classes, movies on the lawn, and other family friendly activities in an outdoor, shaded environment. It will also be a great area for inflatable bounce houses and waterslides for family events, a great place to bring the community together for outdoor picnics, community socials, and our annual Easter egg hunt. We look forward to seeing everyone out at the “Back Lawn”! 🙂
