e Tampa Bay area in the seventies and eighties. After studying engineering at HHC and the University of South Florida in Tampa, he joined the U.S. Army in 1990, serving in the first 1/75th Ranger Regiment until 1995. Maybe it was destined that Matt would ultimately become a Tampa Bay Realtor – his mother was a Realtor in the Bay area for nearly four decades. After Matt’s honorable discharge from the Army, Matt first became a land and home package specialist with Stewart Mobile Homes. He became a Realtor in 2003 when he obtained his real estate license, Matt has worked as a buyer’s agent and a seller’s agent, serving delighted clients with People’s Choice Realty for the past 12 years. As a Certified Home Partners agent for the Lease to Purchase Program, he has established himself as a specialist in the Program throughout the Tampa Bay area. Matt has in-depth knowledge of the real estate market of Tampa. From 2009 to 2015, he prepared more than 4,000 BPOs (Broker Price Opinions) and Comparative Market Analyses for banks to obtain property values for homes in the Tampa Bay area. He has also handled several commercial property projects. Matt enjoys living in the Carrollwood area with his wife Kim and their daughter Kelly. Matt also is an avid skydiver at Skydive City in Zhills.
