Mary Ann Porter began her real estate career in 1988, a year after earning her B.S. degree in Business Finance from the University of South Florida. A Plant High School graduate, who also attended the University of Florida, Mary Ann knew she had a wide sphere of influence and could help many of her friends, family and acquaintances in all of their residential real estate needs in the Tampa Bay are

a. In fact, Mary Ann’s parents owned and operated a real estate brokerage company in the Tampa Bay area for more than 20 years, so she knew at a young age that this was her passion. During her first 10 years of full-time work as a sales associate with Merrill Lynch Realty, who was then purchased by Prudential Florida Realty, she earned her Graduate, REALTOR© Institute (GRI) designation and was a consistent multi-million-dollar producer. In April of 2010, Mary Ann became a Florida Real Estate Broker and opened her own successful brokerage company, specializing in South Tampa luxury and waterfront homes. have three children. A member of the Tampa Yacht and Country Club, she is an avid boater and tennis player. She also is a member of the Tri Delta Alumnae Association and volunteers for Meals on Wheels.
