Diego Perez is an award winning, full time Realtor/New Home Consultant at LENNAR who has been making his client’s dreams a reality for over 10 years.

Diego earned his Real Estate License in Florida over 10 years ago and has been investing in Real Estate for over 15 years. Since then, he has continued to enhance his understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate.

Diego’s extensive knowledge and experience in relocation, investment properties, pre-foreclosures, short-sales, first time home buyers, First Responders & Veterans programs, new construction and more, provides him a unique view of real estate market trends that he shares with his clients to help them make the best decisions for their needs and desires.

A long time resident of Tampa Bay, Diego Perez sells residential and commercial properties in South Tampa, New Tampa, Carrollwood, Lutz, Town ‘n’ country, Macdill, Westchase, Wesley Chapel, Land O’ Lakes and the surrounding areas.

Diego earned an Associate’s degree in Business administration and also in Criminal Justice with concentration in Law enforcement, which allows him to better understand and serve first responders and veterans.

His work ethic didn’t start in the real estate industry, but followed him from his past careers, such as a Personal Banker, Loan Officer, Business Owner, and Police Officer.

Despite Diego’s extensive experience, he frequently attends training in order to stay on the cutting edge of his industry.
