From idea to reality. 🦺

Seven Pines MOB, a 50,000 RSF Medical Outpatient Building, started with selecting the right land and recognizing the potential of the location. From there came site plans, design meetings, approvals, and the many steps that move a development from concept to construction.

Today, it has come together as a state-of-the-art medical outpatient building designed to serve medical professionals, patients, and the surrounding community for years to come.

Projects like this are a testament to how real estate development goes beyond simply developing buildings. It’s about creating places that become part of the fabric of a community.

We’re excited to share what’s next for Onicx in Southwest Florida.

Onicx is developing two new healthcare facilities adjacent to Sarasota Memorial Hospital’s Venice Campus, just off Curry Road:

• 15,000 RSF Ambulatory Surgery Center
• 45,000 RSF Medical Outpatient Building

Together, these two developments will add 60,000 RSF of new healthcare space and further support the growing medical ecosystem surrounding Sarasota Memorial’s Venice Campus.

We’re proud to continue investing in the region through thoughtful development that creates opportunities for healthcare providers to expand their services and better serve the communities around them.

Progress continues at Wellen Park as development moves forward on the 40,000 SF Medical Outpatient Building.

The north parking lot has received its first lift of asphalt, providing on-site parking and creating a cleaner, more organized work environment. The site is now preparing for elevator pit and foundation work to begin.

We’re excited to see this development project continue to take shape and look forward to the next stages and our continued partnership with CASTO.
