Let’s be honest... Ricky may have been the one making the final decisions on this home search. 🐶🏡

After looking at homes from the Spring Hill and Brooksville area all the way to Winter Haven, we finally found the perfect fit. This home has been lovingly maintained by its original owners and is in incredible condition, while still giving its new owners the opportunity to make it their own over time.

One of our favorite parts of real estate is helping clients find the right home, no matter where the search 👀 takes us. Every journey is different, and we’re grateful to have been part of this one.

This one is extra special 💫

We’ve known her for what feels like forever. We’ve watched her grow from a teenager heading off to school (Go Noles 💛♥️) into the incredible woman she is today, building her career and now becoming a homeowner. Getting to be part of this milestone is something we’re truly grateful for.

Over the past few years, we explored a variety of neighborhoods and homes together, from Seminole Heights to South Tampa and beyond. As with so many real estate journeys, timing ended up being everything. We happened to walk into this home last minute after another showing, made a strong offer, and it all came together.

Not only did the home appraise over value, but we were also able to negotiate seller concessions, making an already great opportunity even better.

One of the things she loved most about this home is that she’s still close to the people who matter most. Her family all lives nearby, creating their own little triangle, and now she has a place of her own right in the middle of it all.
