But the truth is — I don’t make excuses. I show up.

I’ve taken calls from the ICU while my mom fought for her life.
After C-sections.

When I first started in real estate, we didn’t have the support around us to have a sitter on stand by. If I had established clients (with their approval of course), I would show homes with both my boys. To this day, I sometimes have to include them on a showing. I didn’t want my buyers to miss out on a home just because I was a mom.

Every single time, my clients didn’t mind.

Insurance in Florida is a crazy animal, especially when you couple it with mortgages that sell in the secondary market.

You got a letter you have a new mortgage company.
Here are the steps for a smooth transition:
1. Call your mortgage provider or log on to their site. Update your payment while you’re there and make sure they have your current insurance company.
2. Call your insurance or email them and tell them the mortgage company changed. Update them with the new info so that when the premium is due, they know where to send it.

If you have a mortgage, insurance is required. If there is ANY lapse in coverage or you somehow miss that the insurance is about to cancel for non payment ( 🗣️WHO YOU HIRE FOR INSURANCE MATTERS), this can lead to lender placed insurance.

This can be 3-5x the cost.

Lost a listing.
It was overpriced — and right now, new builds are where it’s at. Can we scream from top of the roof that a 3.99% 7 year ARM Or a 4.875% 30 year fixed is AMAZING???

I’ve toured 3 new home builders this week alone (and have several more lined up) — all offering insane incentives that resale homes just can’t compete with.

This year, I’ve listed 3 resale homes. Each seller faced the same decision:
💰 Reduce price and sell for less
🚪 Pull it off the market
😬 Or… switch realtors and sell for exactly what I was telling them… they just had to hear it from someone else 🤦🏼‍♀️

Accountability is hard. I get it. I’ll be your punching bag 😂

⚠️ Trigger Warning

I was once set on becoming a PA. I did the volunteering, the honors degree, the years in medicine.

But the trauma of that field never leaves you—like losing an 8-month pregnant woman to he**in overdose, or procuring a baby’s heart in order to save another child. Those memories live deep.

Now in real estate, people see our commissions and immediately go into attack mode. What they don’t see are the sleepless nights, hard negotiations, and sacrifices.

Every career demands something—the question is, what are you willing to give?

You don’t want to use a realtor? I’m fine with that. I don’t like to use traditional doctors. We all have preferences :)

My promise: I’ll always fight for my clients. I’m never greedy if it means protecting their best interests. Because I lead with my heart, but I’m also a shark and I don’t back down…
