If I had not agreed to your insistence “that since you’re out here why don’t you look at the house (even though it was over our budget I as thinking) Mrs. Richardson? I would have not found the perfect home for us..
With your awesome negotiating skills and personality, we now own this home; it was well below our budget and has already appreciated in value!
I could go on and on about how happy we are, but to sum it up, you are awesome!!!
