I am so excited to help you on your journey- whether you're buying, selling, or investing, I can help you set up a timeline and streamline the process for you! It is never too early to start planning! In the past few years I have been fortunate enough to help Veterans, relocation clients, first time home buyers, sellers, investors, and international clients (I speak Russian!). I believe that real estate is the key to creating generational wealth. I am passionate about helping EVERYONE start by achieving home ownership. Whether you're starting with a rent-to-own program (I know a great one!), purchasing your very first home, building your custom home or investing in a multifamily property, I will be there for you every step of the way. When it comes time to sell your home , I specialize in creating a customized marketing plan for EACH listing that will drive traffic to your home and sell it for top dollar! Outside of work I LOVE fitness, volunteering and traveling! I host a FREE fitness program that brings in new trainers monthly as a way to get to know our community! I am also the Social Media Chair for the St. Jude Around the World Committee (We plan the annual charity gala that happens every spring!) and a mentor for a young girl in the Tampa Bay Academy of Hope. 🍹6 Rooftop bars that will make you move to Tampa!

Grab a cocktail and indulge in the beautiful views these rooftops offer this summer!

Tampa has gotten so many incredible rooftop bars/restaurants over the past few years, and these are some of my favorite ones!

1. - offers sweeping views of the Riverwalk and downtown Tampa! One of the highest buildings in Tampa

2. - if you’re lucky, you might see some dolphins in the water below while enjoying your lunch and drinks! This is in the Rocky point area!

3. .bird_tampa - a tampa staple located on the second floor of ! This is a great place to grab drinks, then stroll on the Riverwalk!

4. - just steps from Bayshore, this is a great place to go while taking in the views!

5. Azure at - grab some dinner at the numerous Edition restaurants and end the night on this rooftop bar!

6. - a great place to go for happy hour in ! Afterwards you can get dinner at or a few steps away!
