When you hire Tampa Roof Repair, you have hired your last roofer, ever. To a $20 million dollar company with a low dollar estimate you’re just a nickel in the pot. But to us, you’re a brick of gold. We have 4 people running an entire company with 1 small crew doing the larger jobs. You mean A LOT to me. I have done repairs for literally thousands of homeowners who are so frustrated because they’ve already paid for this repair but they just can’t get the first company to come back and finish the job when the leak issue is still unresolved. I’ve heard every excuse in the book like “oh that’s not the same leak area, it’s your gutters, that part wasn’t in the estimate, somebody must have came up there and messed with our repair, this wasn’t in the warranty, we only cover normal weather conditions and last night‘s rain was really heavy”, etc etc etc..
Your unresolved leak issue literally keeps me up at night. You’re not just “a customer” to us…. You’re MY customer!
