I worked for a small agency and managed to be a top sales agent for my territory on a consistent basis, despite facing competition from the many mega agencies in the area. I transcended this knowledge into a successful career in Real Estate, and I bring that same work ethic and passion with me as a Realtor. I have always made my clients and communication first in all that I do, and I believe this is what sets me apart from other agents in the industry. I currently reside in a small community in Riverview, called Creekside, with my amazing wife, and our two wonderful children. We chose to move to Florida to escape the bitter cold and snowy winters of Pennsylvania, and we can truly say that we continue to be amazed with the beautiful wildlife, weather and beaches that Florida has to offer. On my free time, I enjoy watching football, target shooting and swimming, although my wife says I always manage to turn everything into work! I believe if you always put your best foot forward and work hard to accomplish your goals, anything is possible, and I bring this philosophy with me to every deal that I am working on, whether it is serving buyers or sellers. I also center my business on communication, and feel this is the most important part of not only real estate, but life in general. I answer all e-mails, calls, and text messages within a very reasonable amount of time, and in most cases within 20 minutes.
