With thousands of Realtors in the Tampa area, here’s how to stand out👇🏼
TENACITY: it is so important to be tenacious in every aspect of your real estate career. It’s easy to get down in the dumps about not having enough deals or leads, but staying tenacious and hard working will pay off every time.
CREATIVITY: and this leads us to creativity. Coming up with creative ways to generate leads or meet new clients is the best thing you can do. Try to stand out and do something that not every single agent does. Make yourself unique and find a way to make it fun!
COMMUNICATION: if you’re not one to pick up your phone for each and every unknown number in hopes it is a new client, are you a good realtor? Even those spam calls could turn into a client. UNO REVERSE that sales tactic on them.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL: it is so important not to gloss over anything in real estate. Making sure all your boxes are checked and you’re on your p’s and q’s is the only way to make sure all your clients, and yourself, are protected.
TIME MANAGEMENT: create a schedule and stick to it. If you know that every Monday and Wednesday is lead generation day you’ll never feel like you’re not prospecting. If you do something for two weeks straight it will become a habit, so block out your times!
ENGAGING PERSONALITY: being a good agent is how you close deals, but having a personality is how you create relationships. Be yourself, be attentive, and get to know people as humans, not as clients!
