I am sure we have all heard the pieces of advice in this graphic. The problem is, we typically have one without the balance of the other. The reality, all of these are right. But if you truly want to be the best version of you, you have to pull from opposite directions. You have to learn when to do one versus the other. Balance and self awareness are key.
