American homes for rent, Invitation Homes, progress residential, if you’ve looked for a rental you’ve likely seen these names. These are all institutional companies who have bought single-family housing in and around Tampa. Trump wants to ban them from purchasing more homes. As a realtor in the state of Florida, I want to see more individuals own homes and less institutions. I’m a real estate investor myself. I want to see individuals own real estate but I don’t want to see hedge funds by tens of thousands of single-family home is making it more difficult for individuals.

What are your thoughts? What are the implications of what this could mean?
