What an extraordinary afternoon at The Centre for Women’s Fall Leadership Luncheon! Australian author and leadership expert Neen James, a Tampa resident, inspired us to think about the experiences we create for others—and gave us an experience to remember.
Everyone received a copy of Neen’s latest book, Exceptional Experiences, courtesy of our generous book sponsor Denise Riebe.
Board member Mylitta Butler, chair of the Centre’s Golden Gala, gave the audience an overview of what the celebration will entail on Nov. 14th and encouraged everyone to join us for what promises to be a very exceptional experience.
We are deeply grateful to Truist Bank’s Karen Cole and Dara Abraham for presenting a $75,000 check to support our Tampa Bay Women’s Business Centre and the entrepreneurs we serve.

The afternoon brought one more special moment: Kelly Flannery and representatives of the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce surprised us with a proclamation celebrating The Centre for Women’s impact over the past five decades. Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate leadership, opportunity and 50 years of making a difference.
