Bay Area Apartment Association BAAA provides Leadership, Education, and Advocacy for the Rental Housing Community. Founded in 1928. Visit us online at www.baaahq.org

The Bay Area Apartment Association (BAAA) was created to extend one of the longest running associations of apartment owners, managers and related professionals in the country. BAAA is the result of a merger in 1988 between the Pinellas Apartment Association, first chartered on June 7, 1928 as the St. Petersburg Apartment House Association, Inc, and the Tampa Apartment Association chartered in 1963. In 1988, the two associations merged and the name of the association was formally changed to the Bay Area Apartment Association to better reflect the regional identity of the membership. BAAA currently serves members in Citrus, DeSoto, Hardee, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Sumter, and Sarasota counties.

On behalf of our team and members, we are saddened to hear about the loss of Holli Noel-DePold, Executive Director of the Southwest Florida Apartment Association - SWFAA. Holli was a leader and true friend to so many across our industry family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Holli’s loved ones and the entire SWFAA community during this difficult time. She will be missed. 💙
