This is the 31st year I’ve made this sweet potato casserole recipe from my Southern Living cookbook (thank you for the timeless wedding gift !) While our home is under renovation, we’re living with my dad and all of our belongings are in storage. So, I dug out my mom’s old mixer (it’s older than me)… amazing memories of our family’s Thanksgivings remind me of why this is one of my favorite days of the year.
