Congratulations to Sean and Shannon! They closed on their very first home, a DR Horton home, on Tuesday, Oct. 28th. We met 4 years ago. We stayed in contact and discussed the market. This year, they called me in Sept and told me they were now ready to purchase. They did all the right things; got pre-approved, and knew their budget and what they needed for their family. I am so happy for them.
This DR Horton home has no CDD or HOA. They closed within 45 days of signing their contract.

There is still time to buy and get in before the holidays.
Builders are offering incentives and some with special interest rates to close on properties before year end.
