We helped our customers purchase this charming completely remodeled home for its beauty and investment value in 2018. They called us when they were ready to put it on the market due to a job transfer. We gave them some guidance and then came in to help stage as well as prepare the home for photos and showings. We studied the market and helped educate our sellers on what a good price point would be for their property. This house sits on a massive corner lot that has huge potential! Not only did it sell quickly and for top dollar, our clients also made a good profit off their investment that helped them to purchase their next home. We will miss them here in Tampa, but are so happy we were able to help them find a great Realtor in their new city, and we are so excited for their next adventure!!

You can change or update MOST things in your new home but you cannot change your location. You can knock down walls, paint, landscape, replace flooring, decorate, replace the roof, swap out kitchen cabinets, remodel the bathrooms, you name it, but you can't update your location.

Today, let's talk staging. I'm sharing 5 key elements of a well-staged kitchen. The kitchen is "the heart of the home" so this is a great opportunity to appeal to potential buyers. 🏡

If you're staging your kitchen (or just want a refresh for yourself), try adding in these elements:

1. Let in the light: Clean the windows and open the blinds to show off natural light. Put a small lamp on your countertop for some extra ambience. ☀️

2. Clear countertops: Show off counter space by storing away appliances and extra kitchen gadgets. Less is more when it comes to counters.

3. Storage space: Show off storage space by pairing down and decluttering drawers and cabinets. Buyers will be looking here!

4. Cohesive items: If you have open or glass cabinets, make sure anything on display matches.

5. Fresh scents: Plug in a diffuser and bring in fresh flowers or a plant 🍋
