People ask me all the time...

"Chris, why do you coach?"

"Why not just keep all this to yourself and focus on doing your own deals?"

Here's why.

This week, two incredible things happened.

🎉 Christine got her first deal under contract.

🎉 Amanda & Michael closed their first wholesale deal.

After 14+ years and more than 600 wholesale deals...

Heather and I still love doing our own deals.

But something changed along the way.

Another deal is just another deal.

Watching someone close their first one...

That never gets old.

Because it's never just about the money.

It's watching someone go from wondering...

"Can I actually do this?"

To proving to themselves...

"I just did."

That's what drives me.

Not the assignment fee.

The transformation.

The problem usually isn’t effort.

Most people think they need more leads to get their first wholesale deal.

That’s usually not the problem.

We recently had a client, Conor, who had been cold calling for months with little to no results.
