The condo market does appear to be turning around and heading in a more positive direction. However, it is still extremely important to do your homework before purchasing.

Make sure the condominium association has strong reserves in place, and be mindful of any outstanding assessments, deferred maintenance, or upcoming fees that could impact your investment.
