Studio apartment with utilities included for only $850 a month located in Tampa close to Busch Gardens. This is a house turned into a duplex so you have your own space, bathroom with shower, and kitchen. I live on the other side of the house and the landlord is letting me choose someone to rent to. I am a very health conscious and respectful person looking for someone the same. There is a nice size fenced in backyard with a firepit that we share. I would love someone who would like to start a garden with me. There are also 4 lovely cats that live outdoors that I take care of. The landlord does not want any indoor pets and for 1 person only. There is a renter there now moving out May 2nd. yet she is a nice lady and would probably let me show it before then. The landord is also a health conscious/spiritual person and very nice. Message me if interested and like to see it. My landlord also has a 1 bedroom with its own yard and pets allowed there for $1000 a month.
